Crop your base. I took this one from Edward&Bella.

Curves.

Channel: RGB
Input:   78   |    Output:   92
Input: 163   |    Output: 186

Levels.

Channel: RGB
Input Levels:   17   1,23   255

Channel: Red
Input Levels:   20   1,14   255

Channel: Blue
Input Levels:   10   0,85   235

Selective Coloring.

Method: Absolute [!important!]

Reds:   -75   +15   +100   0




Step #5
Selective Coloring.

Method: Absolute [!important!]

Reds:           -5   0   +70   0
Yellows:      +1   0   -26   0

Color Balance.

Color Balance:   -7   0   +6
Tone Balance: Midtones

Create a new layer, fill it with #211a1a and set it to "soft light".

Add this texture by justamemory
set it to "lighten" and erase it on the faces.
